changing the font and font size of the words in inputbox

InputBox is not customizable.

Why would you use it anyway? Its old and it just looks unprofessional

You shouldnt use it. Its part of the VB helper runtime and not a core part of the framework, and as you have discovered, has its disadvantages.

what do we use instead of an inputbox then? a form with textbox / command buttons ?
just curious as i wasnt aware that inputboxs are old hat:-\

and i did a silly thing.. my own form has the same layout as the inputbox.
