validate characters just like the minutes in MSN options

Hi how do u display the balloon tip when the user enters sumfing wrong in a text box

if u use msn messenger go into the options
and where it says set me as away after "" minutes

try typing letters in and ull see a balloon
how do u achive that?

Might be by uing some GDI, coz Microsoft had not given any control for that.
