How to set column width of the bound Datagrid

Q1. How to set the width of each column of datagrid? when i bind that Grid control with datatable at run time?
i don need dataGrid1.PreferedColumnWidth - every column has differnt widths

Q2. Any idea how we can give back ground colors of every new added rows in the bind datagrid?

Ans 1. With the help of DataGridTableStyle you can change the width of Individual Column.
