Create an MMC snap-in

How would I go about creating an MMC snap-in using Visual Basic.net for my application - a bit like the one used on Mailsweeper, SQL server e.t.c.

Is it even possible, Ive done a bit of searching on the internet and cant seem to find anything interesting, or anything saying it can be done for that matter, but saying that there was nothing saying it cant either.

Theres a MMC toolkit for VB6 on the VB6 CD. Not sure if theyve made one for VB.Net though.
