.NET programmer needed

Ive tried for some weeks now with no luck to create a control that supports transparent backcolor (much like .NETs label and checkbox control)
I have run out of man hours to create this control myself.

Im looking for rentacoder.com type resources to help me accomplish this if it is in fact possible to do. Any suggestions besides rentacoder.com?

why not set the control colour to the same as the background colour, then it looks invisible

I thought of that but Ill be using an image for the background.
