Deployment problem: Can't find file ???

I get an error like:

Could not find file C:\NET\BSolGIS\BSolGISCtrlRemoteHost\obj\Release\BSolGISCtrlRemoteHost.exe Interface not registered

every time I add any file to my deployment project. The file exists though. I am clueless.
