scrolling problems...

im making mario.. a side scroller game
how would u scroll this game
check out the attachment
all u have to worry about is the
If pt.X >= Intro.activeForm.Width /2 then
scroll.enabled = true
end if

and the scrolling event i would be glad if somebody would help me out here

what i meant by scrolling was that the game scrolls, but i cant get it to work
