Ive upgraded from Visual Basic 6 to Visual Basic .NET

@ 6 i was able to change the version number of my projects. With .NET i cant find a way to change these. How can I tell VB.NET that my project has become V 1.1???

I can give a version number tho the install project but not to the programm itself

Look in the file AssemblyInfo.vb, there is a line similar to

<Assembly: AssemblyVersion("1.0.*")>

near the bottom of the file.

You can display it with:

Application.ProductVersion
