Crystal Reports in VB.NET standard?

Im running VB.Net Standard Edition, and cant find Crystal Reports anywhere. It isnt in the toolbox. It isnt a component that I can add to a form. Is it not included in my version of Visual Basic? Do I have to buy VisualStudio Professional just to use this one thing?

I have standard C# and dont have Crystal reports either.
