Flash movie in a form

Is there a way to use a flash (macromedia) movie in a form?
May be a plug-in or something, so I could use an animation made with flash to a picture box.

If you have a flash plugin installed look in the COM components tab in Add/Remove items in toolbox. There should be something there.

the best method i suppose is to use the web browser control

but the user will have to have the flash pluging installed on their PC
