Links in Microsoft Security Newsletter do not work

Microsoft's monthly newsletter seems to have interesting articles, but,
clicking the links (http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=xxxxxxx>) brings me to
http://search.microsoft.com/?mkt=nl-NL (I am Dutch).
Entering the linkid number in the search field doesn't work either ("no
pages found")
What is wrong ?

What if you change language in your default Web browser to EN-US?
