Where is mscorlib.dll?

Stupid question, where do I get mscorlib.dll? I have frameworks 1.0.3705 and 1.1 and VS.NET Enterprise installed, but its nowhere to be found on my Win2k system. Is this in the .NET SDK? Thats my only guess. -Chris-
