Help My Windows Components!!!!

Im sure this is the place 2 get help with .net framework and my problem is that when i install it says it needs 2 update my components and they it give me and error that it saying

Windows cannot access your components : blah blah blah
i need 2 fix this problem fast plz and plz leave a reply or aim me at XxkeldecknightxX i need 2 get this fixed asap ty soooo much for your help!!!!
