deploying the .net framework and msxml files

Sorry - I am blonde here, and making my very first install pack ever.

I need to include the .net framework in my install pack somehow, without having to include the entire 25mb file. I am using the package and deployment wizard - and I am completely at loss.

Also, I need to include the msxml4.dll, but this does not want to register in my install pack. Anybody any suggestions on this one?

You must include the whole Framework, there is no way around it.
