Win2003 restarts itself 60 minutes after shutdown

I am running Windows Server 2003 Standard on an old Compaq Presario desktop.
(Believe it or not, it runs well and serves my needs nicely as a home
server.) Many nights I'll shut down the server (not hibernate or sleep).
Every time, one hour after shutdown, the server restarts itself. I cannot
figure out why. This has always occurred and is still happening on a fully
patched system.

Any ideas what is happening here?

When Windows is shut down, it is dead. It cannot possibly
restart itself. Since the server does restart by itself, there must
be another agent. The only thing that's alive when the server
is turned off is the CMOS. Its settings are controlled by the
power settings in the BIOS setup facility. Have a look there!

Could possibly we WOL (Wake On Lan) enabled somewhere and your NIC is
set to allow this.
