View New Posts bug.

In the lower right hand corner there are little page links you can click (1, 2, 3, etc). No matter what page link you click on, you always get the 1st page.

Ill look again tomorrow when theres enough new posts to fill more then one page. It might of just been a strange fluke.

I do have that bug as well.

No I did not clear the cache - this is a brand new notebook. I am on this site for the very first time.

Is it me or is there a pattern here? Seems that it doesnt happen to administrators, but it happens to us regular users. It could be just coincidence.

Very interesting, I just logged out and then clicked on "View Todays Active Threads" and it did happen there.

What style are you using? I use Lite when Im logged in and it doesnt happen there. It could be a problem with the style you are using.

I changed to BlueVelvet now, but unfortunately I cant see if it is happening in this style since I just logged out and then back in so there are no new posts to view, and it will be a while before there are more than one page of them.

BlueVelvet, which is the default style I believe.

Ok, when there are enough new posts to take up more than one page I will see if it happens to me now that I have changed to BlueVelvet.

Yes, it is the forums default style.

I changed your settings so the system has you as Last Visted 07/21. In other words you should get more than one page in the resultset so as to test this mystery out.

It is BlueVelvet which is causing the problem. Until it gets sorted out you can change your style to Lite and it should work for you.

I will check out the other styles now.

I bet it has ssomething to do with the hacked urls in BlueVelvet since it is the only one having this problem.

You might want to change the default style temporarily as well.

Fixed and yes it only affected blue velvet.

Its still not working for me in the view new posts section, but it is working for normal threads with more than 1 page of content.
