linker time consuming with option /clr

I have an important VC++6 project that I migrate to Visual Studio .NET 2003 (VC++7).
First step : I migrate without /clr compile option -> link step : about 5 secondes.
Second step : I migrate with option / clr -> Link step is now about 2 minutes !
Any idea ?
