Cool C# GDI effects - triangles rotate here and there like tech demo?

I am wondering to create a program that stimulates like particles and triangles that rotate here and there.. like those seen in tech demo!

Until now i only seen 1 sample in codeproject, is there more which i can download the source code and test it!

Hardly can find any in c#?

Any help?
