Ive heard some good things about www.34sp.com, but it all depends on what you want, what kind of space you need, what kind of bandwidth, PHP/ASP/MySQL/SQL Server, etc.

Youll need to shop around to get the best deal.

I use 34sp.com for mine, and you cant beat the price. If your looking for the ability to use ASP and or SQL Server though then 34sp isnt for you. They offer PHP, MySql, Perl, etc.
