What's the difference between Draw and DrawFast?

DrawFast cant specify the ScourceRectangle and DestRectangle
and Im afraid that Draw doesnt have a high performace.

DrawFast is ment to be faster but apparently there is no difference in speed at all, you should just use DrawFast if no resizing is needed and Draw for everything else
