If anybody gets this book

lean vb.net througt game programming, please, please gimme ur reviews on it, and, if you want, post your views about the first game you create in it, was it easy/hard?
is it recommended for beginners?

.net game programming with directx 9 freaked me out(thats how newbie i am)

will this book(due august 25th) freak me out?

To be frankly honest, the only good game programming books out there are all written in C++.

Im not exactly sure if youre looking to learn VB.NET or game programming, but Id get a seperate book for each. Get one for VB.NET, then search for a game programming book written in C++. But then again, youll have to actually know C++ to be able to understand it and convert the code into VB.NET.

You can always try and learn from the MSDN library.
