I have a web based CD that has a link to launch the setup.exe bootstrap file. When I click the link, it asks whether or not I want to open or run, I select run and I get an error saying installation path not found.
If I run the setup.exe not from IE, everything works fine. It appears I have a "path" issue. If I hardcode the msi path to a folder on my pc, "c:\installs" and place my msi there, everything also works ok.
Any ideas?
