Picture saving with No preview Available (StreamWriter) help

I am trying to save a picture that resided

in PictureBox called picBox

You the Save() method of the Image class:

PicBox.Image.Save("path")

does that mean I dont need streamWriter

Right; you do not need the StreamWriter.
