Webserver Problem

when I startup Windows, I receive : " A webserver is already running on port 80, for best results please stop the server and restart this application" meaning I cannot work with webforms in .net

I am using IIS

any suggestions ?

Ok I know I have to turn off that server ... but how do I do that ?

You may have another program using the port 80. Do you use a proxy server like wingate or winconnection?
