Making IE plugins.

Where can I get info on making plugins for IE? Like those funky news tickers or that googlebar thing.

I just need a link to something to get me started (ie; msdn documents, what classes I should be looking at, tutorial).

Soon you wont be able to call them plugins, the company that invented them is suing Microsoft, Netscape, etc... Im sure the MS marketing guys will think of a new flash name for us...

But isnt a plug in just a userdocument? (do they still exist in .net?). not that anyone has ever used them.
