i was trying to install the dotnetfx to a computer at school and it has win98. halfway through the download a prompt comes up that says "Please insert the disk..." but there is no disk, i downloaded dotnetfx from msdn.com... anyone heard of this?

Did you download this in multiple parts? Some of the MS downloads are one big file, some are broken down into chunks - maybe it couldnt find a chunk?
