Is there a way to export a UserForm from an Excel 2000 spreadsheet to a Visual Basic .NET 2003 Project? I am creating a stand alone application and would like to use an existing UserForm from an Excel spreadsheet to save me the time of recreating it and others from scratch.

I think the best way is to reconstitute the new UI on the form and copy/paste the code correcting the language diferences...

I really think is the easyer and faster way...
