Whats the validation expression to validate Date in Asp.net??

I want small help..can anybody have idea abt Validation expresssion for Date control..pls let me know....pls send me the regular expressions for validate First name,EMail,Phone number,Zip code....

If its for validation purpose, you can always use the IsDate() function.
