People get errors when using my programs.

When I create a program in Visual Basic .net, i build it and all that and i make sure my users get all the neccasarry files to open it themselves.

but they seem to get an error upon loading it. I told them to install microsoftss .net framework update, and it still fails for them.

what are some other problems keeping them from using my programs. they seem to work excellent for me... thanks :)
 
you need to be more specific. What are the errors they are getting?
