Does anyone know of a public help forum such as the ones here that would be devoted basically to just SQL commands at the SQL leve?

I am looking for a question/answer place relating specifically to Transact SQL commands, syntax, and such.

I dont know of any, you can certainly ask your questions here. A lot of us work with T-SQL on a daily basis.
