Im really new using VB.net, and have a school assigment to complete by next friday. The task that I was asked to do is that of receiving stiring of data using the com port and then displaying that info like a map. I have the com port working already using VB.net. But now Im cluless on what to do to make the map. If anyone has a sample code that I could use please help me out. This is basicaly what I need to do:
I need to start wiith a point in the middle of the screen, then if the com port receives "uP" the point has to move up, if it receives "down" then the point has to move down. I have no clue on how to start this. Please help me out.
