Create a Web Proxy

Hi,

does anyone know where i can find code that works as a proxy for the internet connection - e.g. with port and all so that you can configure IE to use it as a proxy?

I think i saw code like this before, but cant find it now. I know there are proxys out there, but id like the code for one so i can mess with it.

or if not, can someone point me in the right direction as far as which classes to use in .NET?

Have a look at www.mentalis.org they have a proxy server amongst their code.
