Is there a site which converts an excel VBA to vb.net or c#?

Ive been lookink for such a site since quite some time and I dont think there is one.
Ive started devlopping my own Scripts. Perhaps you try and have a look at the Microsoft site. There is a quite good article including source code on accessing Excel from .net using VB.net.

Transforming VB.net to C# should not be a problem as there are some sites doing stuff like that.
