Creating a table

I have created a simple program, that in the end ends up with an array filled with data. I want to display that data in a table, but dont know how. The array is an n by m array. I want the table to display m columns with n rows of data.

Yes it is. But I forgot to mention that I want it in an excel table.

Never mind. I have worked out how to use an actual dataset and datatable.
