Start Page Modified Date

On the start page the date modified is intended to provide you with the information to establish when you last changed a specific process. On my start page the date modified is never changed. Consequently some of my projects that are most frequently used arent on the Start Page.

Is there an option I need to change to cause this date to change?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Ive noticed that that happens when you open several IDEs at the same time.

No, this happens when I have only one instance of Visual Studio and only a single project.

Are you running any anti-virus software? I know Norton Antivirus and the .NET start page really dont get along at all, due to the dynamic scripting and such used on it.

Yes, were running the corporate version of Norton Antivirus. Does that mean Ill just have to live with it?

I dont know if that is the cause, but it very well could be. Does the "Recent Projects" menu at the bottom of the File menu update properly?
