Getting Name of Wallpaper

I do not know if this is the correct forum for my question, so please tell me if not.

My Question: where is the information to be found which image is used as a wallpaper. I need the File or if this is stored in the registry the complete key where to find this value.

The image or backcolor of your desktop of Windows XP or Win2k.

Perhaps you can Answer this question ,too:

If there is no image as Wallpaper just some background-color where do I have to look then?

The wallpaper-Property is empty if the User has no Image but just a backcolor.
