Hi All, Need help in VB6

I have the situation when I have the drop down list, it showed the default value in it.

I dont want the user to select the different value, but I do allow user to see the list of values. However, if the user tried to attemp to select the different value, it just roll back to the default value.

How do I implement it in VB6?
