Upgrading to VS.NET 2003

How should I go about this? Should I uninstall 2002 first? Or just install over the top//...?

Does it just upgrade 2002?

It should install right over it. If I remember correctly, thats what I
did.

If you install VS.Net 2003 it will leave you current install alone, you will have both versions running side by side.
