Well, this forum is for programming questions mostly so...

This definitely isnt an ecommerce-in-a-box type of site, just the basic starting point for each little piece that you might need if you decide to write the software yourself.
As far as pre-built order processing "software" for the web, I dont know of any but then, I havent looked. Maybe a Google Search?
