Getting info from Outlook AdressBook

I need some help here

In an application, i need to retrieve information from Outlook Global address book (mainly username, phone number and email) to populate a table

I have found how to retrieve information from Contacts, but cant find wich outlook object i need to use to get the data from the Global Address Book

Any help is welcome
