VBA for Excel

Does anyone know whether it is possible to create a COM link from excel to an Oracle DB using VBA ??

I have read about COM add-ins, but they dont make much sense.
Do I need Office 2000 developer edition (ODE) ??


Any views on the subject.

Hi,

Creating COM add-in require Office 2000 / 2002 Developer version or VB 6.0 / VB.Net.

I would suggest that You take a look on connection Excel to an Oracle DB via ADO and make it as a standard add-in.
