Hello,
I cannot seem to be able to find a single piece of useful or relevent information on this subject, it must be one of those ones you need to buy a book on :S
Anyway, I am looking to retreive information about an AVI file, like its codec used, and length, framerate, audio channels etc...
GSpot (http://www.headbands.com/gspot/) does this very well, and I would like to know how it does it. It appears to have its own list of FOURCC codes to reference against. However it also gets the codec that is capable of playing the file.
Thanks in advance for any information you can provide, Tom
P.S. I am using VB.NET 2003
