first we need to know if you mean start c# that you already know the syntax or that you start from nothing
i recommend reading online tutorials about c# syntax or buying a book, since i am german, i dont know english resources currently, but would be no problem to find some, if you wish so
I would recommend that you make yourself familiar with the C# keywords first. To do that open up the .NET Framework reference and search for "keywords, C#". You will see a list of results and one of the few top ones will take you to the page which in turn will take to keyword list, and beginner tutorials.
ive read a few starting tuts for C# it dives into framework explanation but i dont get alot of the stuff said about the framework, its very confusing i dont get what they mean by native code etc and MS-IL its very confusing
