How Can I Check For What Server Is Running On Open Port?
Like SMTP,HTTP,SQL how can i return info telling me that?

I Also What To know how can i recognize open relay on smtp port By Code Plz

Sorry But i dont know anything about this.

i just can check for open ports

Not using code: Assuming you have GUI access to the servers... an easy way to see what is running on what ports is to use the most excellent TCPView by Sysinternals.
