Cannot open file because i have old version

Hello I have been wanting to look at

You can do it, if you create a new project and copy the files into it.

Of course there are some new things in the 2003 framework that wont work exactly the same in 2002...

if i could open it in 2003 could a save it as a 2002 file? therefore it would work on my pc, thanks for your time

NO you cant save a 2003 file as a 2002 file. You have to manually copy the files, and like I side, there are still no guarentees. Luck of the draw Im afraid.
