Creating email attachment and present it to user

Hi,
Id like to create a mail from my application and attach a file to it. After this the mail shall be shown to the user to add receipient, text etc. and to send it manually.

There are many examples on how to add an attachment and how to send from within an apllication but i cant find any for my desired behavior.
Im looking for smtgh like in excel Visible = true.
