Precision Ceiling Rounding

I need to specify a precision for ceiling rounding.

Example:

I need

1.001 to round to 1.01
1.002 to round to 1.01
1.101 to round to 1.11

...and so on...

Math.Ceiling only rounds to whole numbers. I need to specify a precision to round up to. I think this is also referred to as positive infinity rounding.

Any help would be appreciated.

Your best bet would be to make your own rounding class to do it.
