256+ color icons in 16x16 for my apps

Can anyone point out where I can find high quality (256 colors or more) icons for my menus & toolbars?

I did find a .ICO plugin for Photoshop to let me easily create icons from high color photos but was wondering if any collections are floating around the net as I havent been able to locate any, besides some old 16color icons (which I have a large collection of).

Yeah i am really interested to where to get some nice one.
The sites i know are
www.wincustomize.com (iconpackages: there you will find a lot of ico files, but in most cases they are larger than 16x16)
www.iconfactory.com - some of them are usefull

http://IconFactory.com has a ton of good icons. Ill just have to edit them up in Photoshop to get the proper sizes but that no problem with the .ico plugin.
