Readin the start characters

I did this in vb6 and I can not remember for the life of me how, now I want to do it in vb.net

I read the first 2 characters of a textbox as the user inputted their data. And then I displayed a certain image if the dpending on what the first 2 characters of the box are.

Can anyone please help me out!

s will equal "he"

Use the StartsWith() method instead.
