Started up my computer thursday, same as any other day, did some
business, put it on standby and went to class. Everything's jsut fine.
Did not download or install any new programs or anything. Come back
several hours later and wake it up. Hmm all of the sudden I am getting
these bizarre errors. I reset and here is the error that pops up:

RunDLL
Error loading C:\windows\system32\nvcpl.dll

Invalid access to memory location.

Hmm odd I think. Tryed the vista auto check for a solution with no
avail as usual (great new feature Windows Vista!!! :end sarcasm: ).
So I closed it and get this:
NVIDIA Driver helper service version 158.19 has stopped working. Check
for a solution. nothing of course. Meh Whatever Ill play some world of
warcraft.
Same thing. Wont open. same error message only with Blizzard launcher
instead of nvidia driver.
GREAT.
Firefox works, Azureus works, solitaire works, winamp works, videos
music etc all fine.
Bioshock, same problem. Hmm. Try to so a system restore and it wont let
me so I restart in safe mode and did two system restores to no avail.
Did some research and tryed changing some nero file names, nope. Tryed
disabling all of the services through msconfig, nothing. Tryed turning
off DEP for the programs that were having errors, nada.
Well Im stumped. Maybe you guys have got something for me. Almost
everything in this computer is BRAND NEW. Processor, Memory, hard
drive, mobo, vid card. I really hope someone can help me out here.
Thanks in advance : /

Was going to save a dxdiag info and paste it here but that won't work
either. **** you Bill Gates, **** you right in the eye. I think I jsut
may go back to xp. Why fix what's not broken?

ASUS M2N-E SLI AM2 NVIDIA nForce 500 SLI MCP ATX AMD Motherboard

After messing with it some more I get this error on startup now saying
windows search indexer has stopped working and games still wont load
